
LAHORE: The Punjab government has approved the construction of 121 apartment buildings in various parts of the provincial capital — Lahore.
The step has been locked to discourage horizontal and foster vertical growth to meet the city’s rising industrial, residential, and commercial demands.
According to details, Lahore Development Authority’s (LDA) town planning wing has authorised the construction plans of the aforementioned buildings.
It is pertinent to state that the building plans were cleared during a course of nine months from March to December 2021.
