LAHORE: For the convenience of the public, Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has taken measures for simplifying the existing laws of approval of housing schemes.
In a meeting chaired by Director General LDA, the meeting was apprised that the condition of planning permission for the approval of housing schemes has been removed for fast-tracking the approval procedure.
Furthermore, the meeting was informed that the housing schemes have been permitted for increasing the commercial land to boost the business activities.
Similarly, the housing schemes have been granted permission for acquiring land up to 10% on the market rate.
