LDA to accept FRC for transfer of property to legal heirs

LAHORE: To facilitate the citizens, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced to accept the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by National Database & Registration Authority for property transfer to the legal heirs of the deceased.

The authority has ended the condition of succession certificate for transfer of property to the legal heirs of a deceased.

This step will ensure the property to be transferred in a short duration.
