Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has floated the plan for the construction and rehabilitation of main roads in Lahore for a PC-1. LDA has requested an estimated Rs.14 crore 63 lakh 95 thousand for the project.
Rs.1 crore have been allocated for main boulevard Samanabad towards Multan Road. An allocation of Rs.4 crore have been made for expansion of Joray Pull Interchange Iqbal Town whereas Rs.2 crore 50 lakh have been marked for construction of roads in Faisal Town. The remaining amount has been allocated for the construction and rehabilitation of Gulshan Ravi Block-G and service road of Chinese Consulate Muslim Town.
Development work will start after the approval of cost estimation at the meeting of LDA’s governing body.
