Currently in its soft launch phase, Bidbayt will allow users to bid on premium properties, including homes, offices, and warehouses in high-demand locations. The highest bidder will secure the lease, offering a competitive edge to the rental process.

“There is strong demand for high-end rental properties, with tenants often willing to pay above market rates,” said Khaled Yaser Mir Abdullah Amiri, CEO and co-founder of Bidbayt. “Our platform provides a seamless and transparent way for such properties to be auctioned efficiently.”

Co-founded by Emirati finance expert Khaled Yaser Mir Abdullah Amiri, corporate law specialist Abdulla Ahmed Majjan, and Saudi lawyer Abdullah bin Saad bin Ghoneim, Bidbayt aims to increase rental income by up to 20% and reduce leasing time by 30% compared to conventional methods. The platform is set for a full launch in the coming weeks.
