ISLAMABAD: The Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) has barred all housing schemes from advertising their projects in the federal capital unless NOC from the regulatory authority – CDA is issued.
The announcement was made in a notification issued.
Prior to this, the Capital Administration launched Pakistan’s first ‘Property Verification Centre’ in Islamabad to strengthen the campaign against illegal real estate projects. In this regard, an online portal will soon be launched as well.
