
ISLAMABAD: Maulana Abdul Wasay, the Minister for Housing and Works, has asked the relevant authorities to expedite the completion of current housing projects to facilitate the public.
The Minister visited the Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHAF) together with the Secretary of Housing and Works where he issued these directions.
In the meeting, the PHAF CEO briefed the minister regarding the status of ongoing projects and promised timely completion. The minister acknowledged the devotion and performance of PHAF with regard to public delivery.
Maulana further highlighted that new construction projects would be soon initiated in the country. In this regard, CEO PHAF appealed for assistance in acquiring land for new construction projects in the centre and the provinces.
The minister concluded the meeting by reassuring continual support for resolving highlighted issues in the meeting.
