Design Committee has approved 4 out of 13 commercial building plans of Municipal Committee Toba, 5 of 15 for Municipal Committee Kamalia and 2 from 9 of Pir Mahal. 7 percent of the land has been allocated for the green belt within approved housing societies.

Chief Officers of District Councils and Municipal Committees have however been warned of a strict action against construction of any building without maps.
