
ISLAMABAD: In a meeting of Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority Policy Board, chaired by Chairman Lt. General (R) Anwar Ali Hyder it was informed that around 45,000 Low-Cost Housing Units are currently being constructed under the initiative.
In regard to the incentives announced by the government, a total of 317 proposals have been received for the construction of more than three million housing units by the private sector.
In addition, 70,858 loan applications worth Rs269.8 billion were received, and Rs33.4 billion rupees were paid for 9,964 applications, the banks reported.
