
Islamabad: As part of the government’s campaign to retrieve state land, 102 kanals in Islamabad and 76 kanals in Lahore belonging to the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development have been recovered. The regained land will be utilized for housing projects for overseas Pakistanis, in regards of which Senator Samina Saeed suggested the opening of new hospitals for them.
The senators were also informed of plans from the ministry on beneficial usage of land for the welfare of overseas Pakistanis.
