
ISLAMABAD: The 285km long Islamabad-Dera Ismail (DI Khan) Khan (M-14) Motorway project was inaugurated by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Launched under the western route of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), the project features 11 interchanges, 36 bridges, 33 flyovers and 119 underpasses. The project is aimed to ensure inter=provincial connective and promote economic activity.
The prime minister discussed the government’s ongoing efforts to develop road infrastructure across the nation. While speaking on occasion, he stressed the importance of route connecting the area with more developed parts of the province.
