The state is responsible for the custodianship of the homeless, the PM said. Every possible effort has to be made for ensuring satisfaction over the availability of adequate amenities.
PM pressed on the need for building more shelter homes across the country and expanding the existing ones. Contribution of humanitarians was highly appreciated.
