As per details, the Prime Minister will begin the drive by planting a sapling in Sector F-9’s Fatima Jinnah Park in a bid to encourage the masses to take part in the campaign.

A day earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan planted trees in Nathia Gali to preserve the environment and specifically urged the youth to combat climate change by taking active steps to mitigate the challenges.

As part of the ‘Ten Billion Tree Tsunami’ campaign under the Ministry of Climate Change and the Capital Development Authority (CDA), over half a million saplings will be planted across the deferral capital over the coming weeks.
