
LAHORE: Punjab provincial minister for Housing and Urban Development Mian Mehmood ur Rasheed has informed that Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan will soon perform the groundbreaking ceremony of Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Naya Pakistan Apartments soon.
While speaking on the occasion, the provincial minister said that total of 35,000 housing units will be developed under the project while 4000 housing units will be constructed in the first phase at the cost of Rs10bn.
The provincial minister also added that other development authorities of Punjab have also been directed to initiate low-cost housing projects to provide access to the low-income groups.
