Additionally, Lake Garden Green Farm House, Green Stone, and Glamour Garden were also included in the operation.

The operation targeted offices of illegal societies, main entry gates on central roads, guard rooms, boundaries, illegal cutting/platting, sub-divisions, dividers, and road infrastructure.

The primary objective of these operations, as emphasized by Commissioner Liaqat Ali Chattha and DG RDA Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, is to address public concerns, curb fraudulent practices associated with illegal housing schemes, protect citizens from exploitation, and uphold the rule of law.

These actions were prompted by numerous complaints from the public regarding the unauthorized activities of these housing schemes, and the authorities have reaffirmed their commitment to continue such operations in the future.

Moreover, it’s important to note that housing scheme owners with valid legal documents have been granted possession of their land. The RDA has consistently issued notices to inform the public about the risks associated with investing in illegal housing schemes, and these efforts will persist to safeguard the interests of the citizens.
