
RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has announced that it is seeking a proficient firm in town planning to perform a digital survey of under-construction buildings in its jurisdiction.
The objective of the initiative is to create an Android app and carry out digital assessments of structures in the residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional categories.
Companies that are interested in this opportunity are required to provide an Expression of Interest (EOI) under the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (PPRA) along with the essential paperwork.

According to the details, the Director (LU&BC) RDA must receive the EOI by March 22, 2023.
In addition, the RDA has the right to reject any application that contains false, invented, or substantially incorrect information.
Interested bidders can obtain the pre-qualification document by submitting a written request and paying a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000 to the Director (LU&BC), RDA.
The bidding documents with specifications can be downloaded from the RDA website, and the fee must be attached to the submission.
Note that a maximum of three firms are permitted to form a JV/consortium, and international firms are required to form a JV/consortium with a local firm/firms.
