RAWALPINDI: To facilitate citizens, Chairman Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Tariq Mehmood Murtaza inaugurated an online facility for the clearance of documents pertaining to buildings and plots.
The online facility was inaugurated at One Window Operation Center, where the citizens will be able to get the information about their queries and work from One Window Operation Center.
Instead of submitting applications to the different offices of RDA, people can submit applications at One Window Office Center and can get feedback from the same place.
The authorities have been directed to approve maps and issue construction completion certificates within 30 days, whereas 45 days have been fixed for getting the NOC of change in land use, while 60 to 75 days have been set for the permits of residential societies.
While speaking on the occasion, the chairman was of the view that the online facility will address the applications of citizens regarding buildings and plots in a specified period of time.
