
RAWALPINDI: The construction of the Ammar Chowk project would be completed by December 31, announced Chairman, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Tariq Mahmood.
After completion, three mega projects will also be initiated in Kutchery Chowk, Defence Chowk and Nullah Lai Expressway by the authority in the Garrison City. All projects will the completed one at a time.
The work on the construction of a two-storey flyover at Kutchery Chowk would begin in January 2022.
All development projects are aimed to resolve the traffic issues faced by the commuters in the city. The RDA will also launch its housing scheme, it was announced.
