Officials revealed that the Raja Bazaar revitalization, spanning from Fawara Chowk to Dingi Khoi Chowk, is being carried out at a cost of PKR 250 million. The project includes underground wiring, new streetlights, executive washrooms, tiled pathways, benches, pedestrian walkways, building facelifts, and standardized shop signage.

Meanwhile, a PKR 170 million uplift project is underway in the Commercial Market, while work has also commenced on the widening, carpeting, and beautification of 14 city roads, including Holy Family Road, Sixth Road, and Asghar Mall Road.

In total, 16 development projects worth PKR 5.81 billion are in progress. RMC officials reported savings of PKR 374.69 million, as contracts were awarded 14–35% below scheduled rates. The projects are expected to be completed between late 2025 and early 2026.
