
ISLAMABAD: In the latest statistics released by the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), a total of 163 companies belonging to the real estate sector have been registered by SECP in the month of February.
Furthermore, the number of construction companies registered with SECP is recorded at 220.
The (SECP) has informed that the growth of new firms registered with the commission has been recorded in double-digits in the month of February.
According to the numbers issued by SECP, the corporate registrar registered 2,257 new companies in February which is 40% more than the same period of last year.
After this development, the total number of companies registered with SECP is recorded at 137,054
