
Karachi: A recent meeting was held chaired by the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Metropolitan Commissioner (MC) Dr Syed Saifur Rehman.
In a statement issued by KMC, Sindh Government is yet to pay Rs833.5 million for KMC’s Annual Development Plan (ADP) 2018-19. An amount of Rs1667 million is also to be made by the provincial government.
During the meeting, MC asked for completion timelines for ongoing projects while directing to expedite the process.
None of the departments have been released a complete amount allocated. These include KMC’s engineering department, municipal department, IT, culture, sports and recreation, transport and communication and health department.
