Islamabad: A delegation of the Builders and Developers Association (BDA) called upon Special Assistant to PM on Capital Development Authority (CDA) in a meeting that covered revision in Master Plan of Islamabad and challenges facing the real estate industry.
Federal Minister for CDA, Muhammad Ali Awan assured the delegation of the completion of Master Plan of Islamabad within three months. Besides acknowledging the un-expendable contribution of realty sector to the national economic growth, he said this would help in addressing real estate related issues across various zones of Islamabad.
Graana Group of Companies CEO Shafiq Akbar highlighted importance of the role of CDA in resolving real estate related issues. He emphasized on the role of the Association which by the support of the Government will help increase inflow of overseas remittances.
Also present at the meeting were Graana.com Director Farhan Javed. Delegates of BDA included Colonel (Retd.) Shehzad, Haji Shakeel, Muhammad Jamil and Rizwan Ghani.
