CMH Lahore Medical College and Institute of Dentistry is located on Abdur Rehman Road in Lahore Cantonment. It is a co-educational military medical school and is affiliated with CMH Lahore.
General Pervaiz Musharraf, former president and army chief of staff, founded it in 2006. The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council has accredited the college, and it is connected with the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS). The Ministry of Health of the Government of Pakistan recognised the dental block in 2009.
