
ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has informed that work on the plantation of Miyawaki forests is under progress in Islamabad.
According to the details, the Miyawaki forests will be planted by CDA in sectors G-6, G-7, G-10, 1-9 along with other sectors. Moreover, the civic authority of Islamabad has already planted Miyawaki forests in 8 different areas of Islamabad which include F-6, F-7 F-8, F-9, F-10, D-12, Blue Area, and Shakarparian.
As per the information, CDA is adopting the Miyawaki technique for developing forests around the major avenues, roundabouts, green belts, and parks of Islamabad for preserving the environment and attaining pollution-free capital.
