
Multan: World Bank (WB) has approved development schemes worth 17 crores of the Municipal Corporation Multan (MMC). Work orders were issued to contractors in a meeting of Mayor Naveed-ul-Haq Arain with the chairmans.
According to Mayor Multan, WB approved schemes worth 17 crore from a total of 27 crores. The remaining 10 are expecting approvals soon.
In support by the WB will be utilized for rehabilitating roads, streets and the installation of street lights.
The meeting was attended by Rana Sajjad, Hamid Arain, Humayun Aslam, Chaudhry Akbar, Chaudhry Iqbal and more.
