ISLAMABAD: The Development Working Party (DWP) of Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to take the services of a consultant in order to formulate a comprehensive zoning plan for Islamabad.
According to the details, the decision regarding the consultant will be taken in the meeting to be held on Tuesday (today).
As per the media reports, the meeting will incorporate an agenda regarding the proposed zoning plan of Islamabad and to conduct the survey on PC-11.
With respect to the current bye-laws, the regulating domain of CDA is only restricted to zone-1 which resulted in the lack of monitoring of other zones.
The lack of enforcement by CDA resulted in unauthorized construction in Zone-III, Zone-IV and Zone-V.
