MANSEHRA: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa govt. releases remaining Rs500 million for the reconstruction of the Balakot Hospital.
As it has been functioning in a rented building since its destruction because of the 2005 earthquake, the residents of Balakot Tehsil, along with nearby areas, had no access to proper healthcare ever since.
But with the reconstruction of the hospital, proper healthcare will be available as the hospital will have 300 beds and modern healthcare facilities, told MPA Ahmad Hussain Shah, as he thanked Chief Minister Mehmood Khan for ordering the release of the remaining amount for the hospital’s reconstruction.
