ISLAMABAD: While meeting the heads of the Chinese companies, Prime Minister Imran Khan lauded the Chinese investment in Pakistan that would help generate employment.

The Chinese Ambassador, Mr. Nong Rong, Federal Minister for Energy Hammad Azhar, Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Shaukat Tareen and Federal Minister for Planning, Development, Reforms and Special Initiatives Asad Umer, 14-09-2021and Commerce Advisor Abdul Razak Dawood, Special Assistant China Pakistan Economic Corridor Khalid Mansoor and relevant senior officials were also present on occasion.

To promote the ‘Ease of Doing Business policy, the premier further assured utmost support and facilities to the foreign investors.

The meeting concluded after the delegation appreciated the investor-friendly policies of the government while expressing a keen interest in investing in the country.
