CM approves three Naya Pakistan Housing schemes across K-P

Peshawar: While presiding over a meeting at the CM House, the Chief Minister Mahmood Khan approved three housing schemes to be built in the province. Initiated under the Naya Pakistan Housing (NPH) scheme launched by Prime Minister Imran Khan, A total of 32000 housing units will be constructed across Peshawar, Hangu and Swat districts.

Approximately 20,000 housing units are expected to be constructed in Peshawar, 9000 in Hangu and 3000 units in Swat.

Secretary Housing has been asked by the CM for the signing of an MOU with the Pakistan Housing Authority and complete the initial feasibility study for the Peshawar Housing Scheme no late than 20 days. Proposal for Swat and Hangu has also been sought for.

This housing scheme project is to ensure the delivery of efficient services and facilitation of the poor, said CM.
