DDWC allocates Rs140m for work on Multan’s intersections

MULTAN: While presiding over a meeting of District Designing and Working Committee (DDWC), Commissioner Shan-ul-Haq approved the expansion and renovation of four intersections of the city.

To implement various uplifts schemes along with the expansion of the intersections, the committee released a grant at a cost of Rs140 million.

The sections to undergo expansion include Chungi No. 9, Rasheedabad Chowk, and renovation from Shamsabad Chowk to Eidgah Chowk.

Along with Director Development Waqas Khan Khakwani, other officers were present in the meeting.

To ensure transparency, Commissioner Shan-ul-Haq stipulated a timeframe for the completion of work and directed the relevant officials to carry out work under the set parameters.
