Overseas Enclave Islamabad project to feature 6,000 apartments: CDA

ISLAMABAD: A meeting on the Overseas Enclave Islamabad project, presided by Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan, was held.

Briefing the PM on the project, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) informed that 6,000 apartments to cater for a high-end living community of around 35,000 people would be developed at an ideal location in the federal capital. The project aimed at overseas expats will comprise world-class amenities. The project will have competitive pricing to attract foreign inflows by the overseas Pakistanis.

Keeping in mind the importance of the contribution of the Pakistani expats, PM directed the authority to ensure high-quality construction, completed timely.

Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Overseas Syed Tariq Mehmoodul Hasan, Chairman Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority (NAPHDA) Lt-Gen (R) Anwar Ali Haider, Chairman CDA Amir Ali Ahmed and other senior officials were among the attendees of the meeting. Chief Executive Officer Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) Imran Amin also joined the meeting via video link.
