PDWP approves six development schemes

LAHORE: In a meeting of Punjab Public Development Working Party (PDWP) presided over by Planning & Development Board Chairman Abdullah Khan Sumbal approved six development projects worth Rs3.303 billion.

The road infrastructure improvement schemes approved by the committee included widening of Sahiwal to Sillanwali road project costing Rs878.528 million, rehabilitation of road Bhakkar Bypass to Notak Bypass via Ratta, Mullanwali, Bhilmana, Jam (Bhakkar District) costing Rs504.652 million. In addition, the construction of a double road Sangla Hill Interchange – Tibba Shah Behlol Expressway, (Hafizabad District), worth Rs632.518 million, and Manjipur to Manga Pull road project (Sialkot District) costing Rs521.377 million, were also approved.
