ISLAMABAD: In a meeting of the Public-Private Partnership Authority (PPPA) presided by the Minister for Planning Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar, the Board of Directors (BoD) approved the construction of the Sialkot-Kharian Motorway project under the PPP Programme.
The proposed 69 km long Sialkot-Kharian Motorway will comprise of four-lanes and will be constructed on a Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis.
After review, the meeting approved the transaction structure, commercial and financial feasibility study, and the request for a proposal package.
