According to the Minister, the platform will collect real estate data from different sources and store it in a centralized manner. The Ministry hopes that this platform will help achieve the strategic goals of the real estate sector in Qatar.

The project aims to create a central platform that collects and analyses real estate data from different authorities in the country. The first phase will provide a foundation for the next stages of development.

According to Tariq Juma Al Tamimi, Director of the Technical Office at the Ministry of Municipality, the platform will help different authorities in the real estate sector by providing them with an integrated system that supports transparency and can guide future contracts.

The platform will benefit both the government and private sectors.

The second phase of the project will focus on more accurate linking with different authorities, and the third phase will focus on launching services more effectively through the platform.
