
Rawalpindi: Rawalpindi Development Authority, Department of Estate Management has identified properties worth billions for recovery in Sherpao Colony. The case has been forwarded to Director General RDA for consideration in the authority meeting.
Director Estate Management Kanza Murtaza said that a 10 kanal land, near Committee Chowk, in Sherpao Colony was allotted to build a veterinary hospital. Instead a government department is occupying the land. In another case three plots were allotted to a private individual who is now deceased. These plots may also be returned to RDA.
