Sector A of Bahria Enclave Islamabad stands as the most expensive sector of all because of its development work 100 percent complete and more than 95 percent of the land possession given to respective plot owners. Being at the entrance of Bahria Enclave, Sector A serves itself with several commercial and civic amenities. Sector C of Bahria Enclave on the other hand includes its extensions Sector C-Kanal, C-1, C-1 Extension, C-2 and C-3. C- Kanal is 100 percent developed and delivered. C-1 is 90 percent developed while possession of 80 percent plots has been given. C-1 Extension is 60 percent developed and delivered. Phase C-2 of Sector C has been 70 percent developed and delivered. Development and possession status of C-3 on the other hand is close to 60 percent.

Sector E of Bahria Enclave is right next to Sector A with majority of the plots being lower than ground level. It doesn’t attract as many investors as Sector A. however, 95 percent of the land has been developed for which the possession has been granted. Sector F and F-1 of Bahria Enclave lie on a hill top far from

commercial areas. The development pace is quite slow because of the challenges of a rocky terrain. Development and possession status for Sector F is close to 90 percent. Average market rates are higher in this area. 1 kanal plots in this sector are 60 percent developed and given possession of. 10 marla plots in comparison to it are 60-70 percent developed and delivered.  Sector N of Bahria Enclave is an ideal sector with scenic views and solid land. 5 marla plots are 60-70 percent developed. Only 50 percent of its possession has been given. 8 marla plots on the other hand are 40 percent developed and delivered while 10 marla plots are 20 percent developed. No development has been seen in Sector O of Bahria Enclave Islamabad. Sector P is 20-30 percent developed but not delivered.

    Aoa Maham, do you have any one kanal plot in Bahria Enclave either on the top of the hill or having scenic & mountain view with no lower land or land issues pending on it. Please advise which sector do you recommend for how much ?
