The Real Estate Certification offered by Graana.com and NUST covers a wide range of topics, providing a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its various aspects. The course includes modules such as Pakistan Real Estate History, Agency Laws and Challenges, Golden Triangle Concept, Real Estate Ethics, Marketing and Technology etc. 

 

 

Module 1 of the Real Estate Certification covers the history of real estate, from the geological age of the earth to the modern era. The course explores the evolution of real estate over time, including how taxes were used in ancient times to fund the construction of public works and how the industrial revolution transformed the real estate industry by introducing new construction techniques and materials. 

The course also covers the post-industrial age and the impact of technological advancements on the industry, including the emergence of smart homes and the use of artificial intelligence in real estate. By understanding the history of real estate, students can gain a deeper appreciation for the industry’s evolution and the role it has played in shaping society.

The next module delves into the history of real estate in Pakistan; it explores the current state of land administration in the country and the challenges faced by the real estate industry. The course further explores the responsibilities of agents, including property valuation, marketing, negotiation, and transaction management. The course also covers agency laws and regulations, including the duties and responsibilities of agents to their clients. 

The Golden Triangle Concept is also discussed in the course. It provides students with an understanding of the relationship between various aspects and covers topics such as buying, selling, and investing in real estate. 

In addition, the Real Estate Ethics module is designed to provide students with an understanding of the ethical considerations involved in the real estate industry. This module covers topics such as honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and conflict of interest.

The course covers various marketing strategies used in real estate, including online advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing. The course also explores the use of technology in the industry, including the use of virtual reality, drones, and 3D printing.
